How can I complete my profile?

In your profile page, click on "complete your profile" under the profile picture.
You have four tabs with different areas.

Why it's important to complete all the information?

It's important to fill your profile information to 100% in order to receive communications for the right campaigns for you.

How can I join active campaigns?

In the "campaigns" link in the menu, you can access to different campaigns.

The tab "Your campaigns" contains the campaigns you have joined.
To find new campaigns, click on the "Active campaigns" tab and join the most interesting ones.

When can I start my campaign?

You can start whenever you want from the starting date you can read below the logo

How can I invite my friends?

You can click on the Facebook, Twitter and email buttons in order to share your referral link in different platforms.
You can also communicate your friend code that can be filled in the registration form.

Why it's important to invite my friends?

It's really important to invite your friends because you can earn a percentage from their earnings.
You can also challenge your friends in different campaigns where you will have a special ranking.

How will I get paid?

You can see the outstanding balance on your bank page. We pay our community once per month.
As soon as we will be ready to process the payments, we will be issuing an invoice that you need to accept.
When you accept the invoice, you don't need to do anything else, we will send you what you have earned on your PayPal account

We pay our community once per month.
We will pay you what you have earned during the campaigns you participated the past month.

How can I ask for a refund?

In the bank form, you can see all the available campaigns. Click on the refund link next to the campaign you have participated in.
Write the object of your purchase, write the amount in GBP (£), attach a picture with a clear amount and subject. Press "Submit"!

How do I delete my profile

We're sorry you want to leave us.
Just click on the arrow next to your name, on the top right corner. On the bottom of the page you can find the "delete your profile" button.
